Our background

Gladstone Group, Inc. owes its heritage to the residential brokerage company, Gladstone Realty, which was founded in 1954 in Franklin Park, Illinois. Gladstone has developed and continues to own commercial projects including restaurants, shopping centers, industrial and office buildings. In 1965, Gladstone Group, Inc. opened its Commercial Division emphasizing the development and brokerage of industrial properties. Over the years Gladstone has leased, sold and/or developed sites and buildings for local, national and international companies.
